How is SKYTRADERS structured?

At the top of the structure is the association SKYTRADERS, the community. Its members own the parent company, SKYT Holding GmbH in Vienna. Over the years, the holding company has built up further subsidiaries in several countries (Cyprus, Dubai, Hong Kong, etc.) in order to always have a local presence internationally. All profits are distributed to the parent company (holding company) in Vienna and paid out to the community members as a dividend.
